Our Wish List

We are starting our farm in challenging times. The covid-19 pandemic started closing things down less than 2 weeks after we moved in to a blank canvas farm. Our original plan was to gather as many tools and supplies second-hand as was possible as way to further reduce our footprints by reusing perfectly good items that have been forgotten or discarded. We had planned on doing frequent circuits of Nu-to-Yu and the resale shops around Victoria, but that’s no longer possible due to covid-19.

So, we turn to you, Pender. We want to get to a fully functioning farm ASAP and we need your help. If you live on Pender and have any of the following items that we could borrow or buy from you, we would be eternally grateful.

Ben thinking about all the things we need to make this work.

Generally, we need just about everything you can think of for a workshop and garden, including all those bits and bobs that ends up laying around that you don’t even think of – like scrap lumber or a leftover piece of rebar. The following are things that we can think of right now, but that’s always an incomplete list, so if you have something to offer that’s not on the list, please let us know. I’m almost certain that we could use it.

Email us if you have something to offer and thanks in advance!
